Angmar Armour is obtained by trading drops found in Carn Dum and Urugarth at a Heavy Armour Barter NPC in Gath Forthnir.
Annuminas Armour is obtained by trading drops found in Annuminas at a Heavy Armour Barter NPC. Note that there is also a Cloak and a Heavy Shield as part of the set on the Cloak and Shield pages.
Rift Armour is obtained by trading drops found in the Rift at a Barter NPC.
World Drop Armour is a random drop from Mobs of the appropriate level.
